Last week we heard the news that not one, but two of our Financial Planners have been recognised in the Citywire New Model Adviser list of the Top 35 Next Generation Advisers 2022 and we couldn't be more proud of them!
Citywire is a financial services publication that exists to provide news, information and insight for professional advisers and investors around the world. This is the seventh year that they have published their Top 35 list, which acknowledges those planners under 35 that are working hard to improve their knowledge and experience through qualifications and training and giving a great service to their clients.
It’s no surprise to us that Anna Sidat, Financial Planner at Woodgate, and Jordan Wong, Financial Planner at Chesterton House, both appeared on the list: we know how much they’ve put into developing themselves since they joined us.
Both Anna and Jordan have been appointed to the role of Financial Planning Manager, heading up a team of Planners and ensuring that we continue to deliver a fantastic service, while also developing new and innovative ways of making our offering better. They are both well qualified, and consistently get great feedback for their work on behalf of clients. Most importantly, both of them are a great example of how it is possible to achieve career success at an early age through hard work, competence and a focus on getting results for the people they advise.
Jordan has also written a chapter on investments for a published textbook called A Practical Guide to Financial Services, aimed at university students looking to study a course related to the financial services industry. In between all of his activities he recently found time to get married to Beth, and we're sure you will join us in wishing them both every happiness in their life together.
We asked Anna how she feels about being on the Top 35 list. She said;
"It’s great to be recognised for the hard work and dedication we give to our clients every single day. I am honestly so grateful to work with so many lovely families and watching them achieve their financial goals makes it all worth it, especially when they thought their goals wouldn’t be possible. I have a great support team around me, and the recognition is not only for my work, but for all the commitment and teamwork that goes on behind the scenes. Our service will continue to evolve, and as always, our clients will be at the centre of everything we do. Being recognised as one of the top 35 under 35 is a great personal achievement and I’m really excited for the future."
