The enquiry process
With over 280 years of legal experience as one of the UK's oldest practices, we work hard to understand every client's values, needs and goals - that's why we tailor our service to fit the individual.
We'll work to clarify the issues you face by providing sound and practical legal advice, all with the aim of protecting yours and your family’s future. Transparency is key, and so we'll make sure that you fully understand the service and cost of what we're providing to you.
1. We receive your enquiry by email, phone or in person.
2. You will have a free initial chat, usually by phone, to help us to understand your needs. We'll tell you how we work, and we'll explain the costs.
3. If it's appropriate, we'll arrange a meeting to discuss your enquiry in detail.
4. We will complete the work we've agreed with you.
That's it! You're now a Woolley, Beardsleys and Bosworth client!
We'll look after your current and future legal needs, whether it's to buy or rent a house or business property, write your Will or set up effective Trust arrangements to protect your wealth. We'll help you to shield your financial assets and help you to provide for the important people in your life. At Woolley, Beardsleys & Bosworth we’re used to helping people make things happen.
We will take time to understand your values, needs and goals, and clarify the issues you face by providing sound and practical legal advice to protect your future and that of your family. Whether you need a simple will or more complex trust arrangements to protect your assets and keep them in the right hands, our Solicitors are well qualified to help. They will work with you to clarify and understand your wishes, and then create a practical and comprehensive Estate Plan specifically designed to deliver your desired outcomes.
And, if appropriate, we'll work with our Financial Planning and Accounting professionals to make sure that the Estate Plan is properly integrated with the rest of your affairs. Very few other firms can offer this type of co-ordinated advice.
