Property & Conveyancing Solicitor
We need a property Solicitor to handle a busy flow of residential work. We also deal with commercial property transactions, so experience in that area would be really useful too, but it's not essential for this position.
As part of a Group that offers in-depth advice based on long-term relationships, you'll get to know many of our clients well over time, so if you're used to working in a conveyancing factory you'll find our approach refreshingly different. As well as plenty of repeat work from previous clients, you'll be getting referrals from our in-house investment and accountancy specialists, so high quality work is essential. You'll also enjoy working with our teams to identify further service opportunities, and to support the ethos of the group. You'll be part of a small team of currently one other fee earner and an experienced PA, and in time you'll be expected to lead and grow that team as we continue to develop our business.
You'll need to be circa 7-10 years PQE, and you'll need to have a real commitment to delivering the sort of personal service that is our hallmark. In return we offer competitive salary that will reflect your experience, and a great range of staff benefits as well as being part of a motivated and successful team.
