Mortgage, Protection and Equity Release specialist
Due to continuing growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage, Protection and Equity Release specialist within our successful financial planning team.
The role is full-time and employed, with a competitive salary range based on qualifications and experience. An uncapped bonus structure will be in place, with realistic targets.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced adviser who is looking to take the next step and have a fundamental role in shaping a new department within a thriving business. We anticipate a steady stream of referrals from the financial planning, accounting and legal teams to give you the foundation to succeed in the role. However, you will need to be proactive in developing relationships with key people in order to maximise these opportunities.
You’ll initially have control over every aspect of the mortgage process; advising customers on their needs, processing the transaction, and resolving any issues that arise. Administrative support will be available in future, if the need becomes evident. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ previous experience of working in a similar role, with the relevant qualifications and a good track record of production. You will need to be a driven and ambitious professional, with a genuine passion to become a highly successful specialist in this area.
You'll also need to be great at building long-term relationships with our clients, the cornerstone on which our success has been built. We'll introduce you to our Values-Based Financial Planning philosophy, with the aim of helping to deliver effective, valuable advice that is focused on enabling our clients to achieve what's truly important to them.
A full package of employee benefits, including pension (with 7% employer contribution) life assurance and income protection will be provided.
