The following information has been produced to provide guidance and transparency as to our fees.  The prices quoted on our website will not be binding in that separate and personalised quotes and estimates will be provided to clients once they are formally engaged and provided with a Client Care Letter and Terms and Conditions of Business. All fee quotes and estimates will be subject to review depending on the nature of the matter. Unless otherwise informed disbursements are subject to VAT. Where a matter becomes more complicated or more work is required on our part, it may be necessary to adjust our fee estimate to account for our additional fees.

Disbursement Fees

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as the Land Registry document fees and searches.  These fees vary from property to property. An example is given below but we will give you an accurate figure once we have sight of your specific documents.
