Budget Breakfast Meeting with Jane Hunt MP

On 5th February, 2021 our local Loughborough MP, Jane Hunt, invited leading members of the local business community to a post-Budget meeting in conjunction with Loughborough Chamber of Trade & Commerce. You can view the video recording of the meeting below, or listen to the podcast audio version.

Jane introduced each of the 3 speakers, including Jesse Norman MP, Financial Secretary to the Treasury, who answered questions on issues arising from the recent Budget, Andy Jervis, Chairman of Chesterton House Group, who delivered a presentation on the main Budget changes and the implications for future spending, and Jo Maher, CEO and Principal of Loughborough College, who spoke about the success of the College and the role it is playing in developing young people and building the local community.
