Our charging structure is designed to provide great value and foster a long term relationship with you. We’ve experimented with different charging methods over the years, and our current charging basis is the one our clients tell us that they like best.

We don't make any charge for your initial Financial Road Map meeting. You'll need to prepare by bringing all of your relevant financial documents, and if you're in a relationship you'll both need to attend. At that meeting we'll discuss what's important to you and help you to define your goals in a way that you probably won't have experienced before. We'll decide whether it makes sense to work together, and if so we'll explain exactly what you can expect from a relationship with us. Whether or not you decide to proceed further, you'll leave with your own completed Financial Road Map that will give you a great perspective on how to plan your journey, and lots of really useful tips and ideas about actions you should be taking. Many people have told us that this meeting alone is well worth the effort of preparation that we ask for to advise you properly.

If as a result of your Financial Road Map meeting you ask us to go ahead and create a Financial Plan for you, we'll ask for a deposit of £500 to get things under way. The cost of your Plan is charged for on our normal hourly rates, which you can find in the regulatory documents on this site. A typical comprehensive Plan is likely to cost from £1,950 to £3,500 depending on the complexity of your affairs.

Once your plan has been implemented we’ll ask you to enter into a Service Agreement that specifies our charges. These are normally based on an implementation fee of up to 1% of the value of new funds that you ask us to invest for you, and an ongoing account fee of between 0.87% and 1% a year depending on your circumstances. 

Our standard minimum charge is £250 a month (£3,000 a year) for as long as you require our service, so if your account fee doesn’t generate at least this amount we’ll invoice you periodically for the the difference.

This means that our service offers best value for people with at least £250,000 of investable assets. But you might also get great value from our charges if you’re growing your business fast or have complex needs and are happy to pay our monthly minimum.
