John Dashfield is a prominent coach, strategist and NLP master-practitioner who specialises in helping financial advisers to restructure their businesses and their lives to achieve the things that are important to them. John sold his financial advice business several years ago to concentrate on his coaching business. In that time he has worked with many advisers and been a regular speaker for the PFS and IFP.

Using tools and strategies from NLP John will demonstrate and teach you how create highly-profitable relationships on purpose. He'll be sharing with you the most powerful and thought-provoking questions you can ask your clients to have them tell you their most important goals and desires. Andy Jervis is a Certified Financial Planner and Director of Chesterton House. For the last 9 years Andy has used Bill Bachrach’s Values-Based Financial Planning™ system to build one of the UK's leading financial planning practices. 

Andy is a regular speaker for the Institute of Financial Planning, and has run several highly successful full-day workshops at which he has helped advisers to understand how a ‘life planning’ approach can skyrocket your income, your financial security and your enjoyment of your chosen profession. He has strong views about what financial planners should and shouldn’t be doing, and he'll be sharing the business breakthrough secrets that make the biggest impact on your business.
